What We Built
A comprehensive DNS and email infrastructure recovery that diagnosed and resolved a silent email outage caused by years of accumulated DNS drift. We cleaned up conflicting records from multiple providers and restored full Google Workspace email delivery.

Identified MX records pointing to a non-Google mail provider, preventing Gmail from receiving incoming messages
Discovered SPF records that excluded Google, causing outbound messages to fail or be flagged as spam
Found and corrected a typo in a backup MX record that introduced intermittent delivery risk
Audited legacy DNS records from Microsoft 365, GoDaddy email, and SIP services coexisting with Google Workspace
Removed all non-Google MX records and reconfigured domain for Google Workspace
Corrected SPF record to authorize Google as the sole mail sender
Validated DKIM and DMARC alignment for email authentication
Documented legacy records for future cleanup and reference
Verified mail flow using Google Admin email logs and live testing
Applied all changes carefully to avoid additional downtime or data loss
